REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At HydroScale LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality water treatment leads and referral opportunities to help you grow your business. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. HydroScale LLC does not offer refunds for any payments made. Our team invests significant time, advertising spend, and technical resources into generating exclusive leads and executing campaigns. As such, we do not provide cash refunds for services rendered or leads delivered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your service at any time without penalties or long-term commitments. To cancel, you must provide written notice via email to [email protected] at least three (3) business days before your next billing cycle. Once canceled, you will not be charged for future cycles, but all past payments remain non-refundable.

LEAD CREDIT POLICY

While we do not offer refunds, we do offer Lead Credits under the following specific circumstances:

  • Incorrect Contact Information: If a lead is provided with a disconnected phone number or an email address that bounces, you are eligible for a credit.
  • Already Contracted: If the lead has already signed a contract with another water filtration company prior to our referral, you are eligible for a credit (verification of the other company may be required).
  • Out of Service Area: If you receive a lead located outside of the specific geographic territory agreed upon in your service plan, you are eligible for a credit.
  • Duplicate Lead: If the same lead is sent to you twice within a 30-day period, the second instance will be credited.

Lead Credit Schedule & Limitations

When are credits applied? Approved Lead Credits will be applied to your account during the 1st week of the following month.

Unresponsive Leads: We do NOT credit leads simply because they do not answer the phone. Our team will attempt to re-engage these leads via automated follow-up, but "no-answers" are a standard part of lead generation and do not qualify for credits.
